She worked for 17 years in the Diabetes industry and is passionate to spread the word about how to optimize your metabolism to avoid diseases like Type 2 diabetes. With her education as a Chemical Engineer, Megan takes data seriously and loves to test out new gadgets and apps that help people understand their health better. She loves to knit, cook, and binge a good show or book. You can find her hiking in the Swiss Alps or visiting her family on the farm in Indiana, USA.
