There was a news article from the Indy Star recently about the IEDC, the Indiana Economic Development Corp., and the possible mishandling of taxpayer funds to organization that it contributes to. It immediately led to a freeze on capital funds that legitimate companies were using to build their new infrastructure, marketing and development. This is the second part of two videos of our conversation about the IEDC.
