Neiman Marcus: An Overview

Neiman Marcus is a luxury department store chain known for its upscale merchandise and top-notch customer service. The very first Neiman Marcus store opened in downtown Dallas more than a century ago. Over the years, the brand has expanded to major cities like New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and San Francisco.

Today, Neiman Marcus continues to tempt shoppers with a dazzling array of designer clothing, accessories, jewelry, beauty products, home décor and furniture. The store is beloved for its carefully curated selection of luxury brands, featuring renowned fashion houses such as Chanel, Gucci, Prada and Louis Vuitton.

Nearly four decades ago, Neiman Marcus launched the InCircle loyalty program. The retailer initially launched the club as a simple points-based system, where customers would earn points based on their purchases. Over the years, InCircle has since evolved to include tiered levels based on annual spending, in addition to attractive new rewards and extravagant perks.

How to Join Neiman Marcus InCircle

InCircle isn’t like every other rewards program out there, it is more exclusive – you have to apply. To participate in Neiman Marcus InCircle, you must have a Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman store credit card. These cards can be used in-store or online at Neiman Marcus Group retailers, including Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman and Horchow. You can apply for a Neiman Marcus credit card or a Bergdorf Goodman credit card online.

Note: Beginning January 1, 2025: InCircle membership will no longer be a benefit for American Express account holders.

How the Neiman Marcus InCircle Program Works

Once you are approved for a Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman card, you will automatically be enrolled in Neiman Marcus InCircle. You’ll start earning InCircle points on purchases immediately. Through the end of 2024, new InCircle members who open their credit account and make a purchase within 30 days get 5,000 Incircle Bonus Points.

The more you shop at Neiman Marcus, the higher your membership tier. Neiman Marcus InCircle is divided into five membership tiers — each offering progressively greater perks.
