We had an absolute blast recreating one of our (E’s, not J’s lol) favorite shows, Chopped, in this at-home #ChoppedChallenge! Erin and her mom, Denise, battle it out in this, first of three series, appetizer round. Honestly it was such a fun evening that was much needed by all of us at this point in our lives. To be able to be creative and silly, especially right now, was so much fun!! We are just happy that we saw #AlexGuarnaschelli promoting the #athomechoppedchallenge on the #foodnetwork page, and we knew we had to do one of our own. If you all get half of the joy and entertainment that we got out of making it, we’ll consider that a huge win.
