In this video we finish up the potato harvest we started. This was a great year for our garden and we are very thankful for that! We use the Kubota tractor, Stevens Tractor Company plow and some good old fashioned hard work to get them dug and prepared for storage. You will see how the plow works and how big some of our potatoes are. It was a rough start to the year and I show some pictures of when I planted them. It was still wet and cold but I was determined to get them planted by Good Friday. My grandfather and father always said they need to be in the ground by then… so I did. lol This was also one of the reasons you will see I have a video posted on a better garden hoe.
