Being able to give to your local community is great; but having your dollars doubled through a matching grant is even better.
MUFFY is receiving a terrific boost from the Indiana Association of United Ways, who have awarded MUFFY with $50,000 in grant funds that will match dollar-for-dollar new workplace campaigns in companies who haven’t worked with MUFFY in at least three years and companies who significantly increase their previous giving.

Sadly, it’s the end of an era. Indiana Precision on Elmore Street in Crawfordsville will soon be closing its doors and shutting down.
The factory has specialized in making tools, fixtures, gauges and other equipment. Kristin Clary with Indiana West Advantage said that she has been working with plant manager Jim Denman to construct an exit plan for the business.
