And they have expanded their property portfolio by adding “the old church lot” and the “ARC”
As they continue to try to help the community of Otter Creek, Jeremy grows weary of the Town attempting to take money from him in ways he feels is illegal
He has begun to take a stand for the people against the inappropriate and illegal actions of the town employees & mayor
As Jeremy & George continue to open up the ARC building, they are also opening up public documents in Otter Creek
And the current mayor & town clerk don’t like that light is going to expose their darkness
Truth is finally being openly shared
AND Jeremy isn’t letting up on the Town that is stealing from him
BUT Mary is physically kicking him out of the town hall office (where everyone else is welcome to go)
Jeremy is pressing charges with Mary and Russ The Suss is being served in the 1st of many lawsuits
Including, shutting down Town Hall illegally and then only giving 24 hours notice for the makeup meeting
