Love Island USA season 5 has invited its first pair of brand-new Islanders into the competition, including Carmen Kocourek. Carmen joined two other Islanders, including Carsten “Bergie” Bergersten, in a new throuple twist that invited the eliminated Bergie back into the house, along with two new women.
